Today we decided to hit the beach one more time before Nana heads back to winter in St. Louis. The weather here has actually been cooler...meaning highs in the low 70's and lows in the 50-60's. By the way people have been dressing you would think we were in an arctic chill! It has also been a little cloudy and quite windy. Today though was a perfect day for the beach; warm sun and no wind. If you ask anyone else the sea water is a little chilly but it doesn't seem to phase Savannah. We aren't there 5 minutes before she is headed to the water. She only goes in about ankle/calf deep but she seems to go progressively farther as time passes. She doesn't seem to mind when she gets knocked down and gets a face full of water...I think it is time I start teaching her how to properly swim! She loves the watering can that came with her Christmas beach toys and spent the entire afternoon attempting to fill it with water and dumping the water out. She also still loves to sit in the beach chair and definitely thinks that one of them belongs to her!
