Grammie (Chris' mom) and sister (Aunt Kasey) arrived tonight! First order of business was to give Savannah a trophy for coming in second place at the Manchester Homecoming Fair-Cutest Baby Contest. Chris' mom entered her in the contest at the last minute back in September. Fair-goers could purchase tickets to vote for the cutest baby picture. The money raised was donated to "Friends of Kids with Cancer". Of course, we all think Savannah is cute enough to win, but second place is pretty good, especially when you don't even live in the country! Savannah would be a sixth generation Manchester, Missouri resident, going back all the way to Chris great-great grandparents.
We look forward to spending a great week with Vickie and Kasey!
