The Beijing National Aquatics Center, also known as the Water Cube is believed to be the fastest pool in the world. During the 2008 Olympics, 25 World Records were broken. It is also where Michael Phelps broke the record for most gold medals ever won by an Olympian with 14; 8 of which were won during the 2008 Summer Olympics, which is also a world record. Today there is an indoor water park within the cube.
Who knows, maybe we have a future Olympian on our hands...
